Cops for a Cause Donates 30 Soprano’s Market Gift Cards to Waverly Central School District Families: WAVERLY, NY – The Waverly Central School District is proud to announce a generous donation from Cops for a Cause (C4C), an organization comprised of local active and retired law enforcement officers. This holiday season, C4C has donated 30 gift cards (50 dollars each) to Soprano’s Market to support district families in need. The gift cards will be distributed through the school’s guidance counselors and Family Student Advisors to ensure they reach those who need them most. Dr. Eric Knolles, Superintendent of Waverly Central School District, expressed heartfelt gratitude for this act of kindness, stating: “I want to extend my deepest thanks to Cops for a Cause and our local police services. This donation will make a real difference for families in our district over the holidays. These men and women stand watch over us day and night, and still find other ways to give to those in need. It is just one more reason I love our region. I am super grateful for all that our police services do to make the Southern Tier a safe and great place to live.” C4C’s mission is to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve, using charitable efforts to give back to those in need. This latest contribution is another example of their ongoing commitment to supporting local families and organizations. The Waverly Central School District is thankful for this partnership and for the positive impact C4C continues to have on the Southern Tier. About Cops for a Cause: Cops for a Cause is a charitable organization comprised of active and retired law enforcement members from the Southern Tier of New York State.
